Although a little disconcerting to not be able to speak with someone about our questions about the item we wanted to order it ended up being fine using email communication instead. We ordered the monogram necklace and all of the special features we asked for were accommodated and the necklace was delivered well before our deadline for which we were so appreciative. I would definitely do business with Keti Sorely Designs again.
