This is my second purchase of this necklace. Both were birthday gifts. The first for my daughter-in-law and I have to say it was beautiful and flawless. This second one was for my daughter and the quality of the first just isn't there. The surface of the monogram doesn't have the shine the first one did, little fine scratches show in the light. Makes me think the final buffing never took place. This is why I've always been scepticle about ordering jewelry online. I gave it 4 stars because I really like the design and my daughter really likes it anyway.
