I was pleased with everything really love my necklace the only reason I gave it a four star is because it came with kind of glue peeling off I'm hoping it goes away maybe it's normal since it's hand made.??

Beautiful, I absolutely love it. It is just what I wanted I will definitely be ordering all my monogrammed jewelry from Kati Sorely and the price was very reasonable. Thanks for the prompt attention to my order and the shipping time is just as you stated including the production time, from time I ordered it took 10-14 days with the 10 days being the production period and the 1-4 days being the shipping time. Really great product.
